• Payment information: payment method and transaction reference (card details are processed directly by Paystack and are never stored on our servers)

We use your information solely to operate and manage the workshop registration process:

• To confirm your registration and send booking details
• To process your payment via Paystack or bank transfer
• To send reminder emails 7 days and 24 hours before your session
• To verify your identity at the venue
• To contact you regarding any changes to your session

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

3. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly on Paystack's secure payment page and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and payment status.

For bank transfers, payment verification is performed manually by our team using the transfer narration you provide at registration.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited information only with:

• Paystack — to process your payment
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used solely to send your confirmation and reminder emails
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies, where required by Nigerian law

5. Data Retention

We retain your registration data for a minimum of 12 months following the workshop date for administrative and audit purposes. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
